Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with a smile.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring satisfaction and checking back regularly.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Clear tables and maintain a clean, organized dining area throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server in a full-service restaurant is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
