Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor, ensuring high-quality first impressions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Deliver orders promptly, ensuring food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining area throughout the shift.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any issues or requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a full-service restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
