Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to detail and timing
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accurate order entry
- Process payments efficiently using our POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order execution
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas
- Upsell specials and high-margin menu items
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and grace
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/casual dining experience
- Colorado Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand 6-8 hours per shift
- Basic POS system proficiency
