- Process orders efficiently using our modern POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless guest experiences
- Manage cash handling and payment transactions accurately
- Maintain immaculate table settings and station cleanliness
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with professionalism
- Support opening/closing duties and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant server experience preferred
- MA Alcohol Server Certification (TIPS/SERVE)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Availability for nights/weekends and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
