Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with warm, professional demeanor
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders using POS systems
- Deliver orders in a timely manner while maintaining order accuracy
- Manage table cleanliness and resetting between guest rotations
- Process payments and reconcile cash/credit transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service flow
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns proactively
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience required
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and payment handling
- Valid California Food Handler Card (or obtainable within 30 days)
