Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm hospitality and attention to detail
- Expertly manage table assignments and timing for optimal guest flow
- Process orders accurately through our POS system with speed and precision
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
- Present menu knowledge with enthusiasm and recommend signature dishes
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain immaculate table settings and station cleanliness
- Contribute to a positive, energetic work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant server experience preferred
- Must be 18+ years old with ability to stand 8+ hours
- Arizona Food Handler Card required (training provided)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for order processing and cash handling
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Ability to lift 20 lbs regularly and navigate busy floor
