Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings
- Process orders accurately through our digital POS system and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and exceeding expectations
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining areas and adhere to all sanitation standards
- Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication
- Support opening/closing duties including side station setup and breakdown
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's card required
- Professional appearance with polished service standards
