Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service, including order taking, food delivery, and beverage refills
- Master menu knowledge and recommend signature dishes and cocktails
- Process payments accurately and reconcile POS transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and restock supplies
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and liquor regulations
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Valid California Food Handler Card
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
