Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Master our seasonal menu and craft cocktail offerings
- Process orders accurately using our modern POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff during peak hours
- Handle payments and reconcile cash registers
- Maintain pristine table settings and station cleanliness
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and grace
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining/server experience preferred
- Massachusetts Food Handler's certification required
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency (Toast/Revel experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hour shifts
