Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Memorize 50+ menu items, wine pairings, and seasonal specials
- Process payments efficiently using our iPad POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for accurate order fulfillment
- Manage table rotations during peak weekend rushes
- Upsell signature cocktails and premium menu items
- Maintain pristine dining room standards
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism
Qualifications
- 1+ years of fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail service
- Ability to lift 20 lbs and stand for 6+ hours
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Valid NC Food Handler's permit
