Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, attentive hospitality
- Accurately process orders using our digital POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar teams during peak hours
- Present menus, make recommendations, and upsell premium offerings
- Maintain pristine table settings and station cleanliness
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Execute side work duties efficiently during downtime
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/casual upscale serving experience
- Fluent English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced environment
- Responsible alcohol service knowledge (TABC certification preferred)
