Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, food delivery, and beverage service
- Build rapport with guests through personalized recommendations and attentive follow-up
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure seamless dining experiences
- Maintain clean, organized dining areas and adhere to safety protocols
- Upsell menu specials and seasonal offerings to enhance guest satisfaction
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a positive, solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Strong customer service orientation with friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic food safety knowledge (training provided)
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
- Food handler certification preferred (training available)
