- Expertly manage 4-6 tables during peak shifts
- Process payments accurately and maintain POS system integrity
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless operations
- Upsell signature dishes and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Participate in daily pre-shift briefings and inventory checks
Qualifications
- 1+ years professional server experience preferred
- Memphis food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
