Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with extensive menu knowledge
- Process orders accurately through POS systems
- Manage table rotation and seating efficiency
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless operations
- Handle payment transactions and cash management
- Maintain clean, sanitized dining stations
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience
- Oklahoma Alcohol Server Certification (TIPS/SERVE)
- Ability to stand 6+ hours with frequent walking
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
