- Upsell signature dishes and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Support daily opening/closing procedures as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional multitasking skills and grace under pressure
- Fluent English proficiency; Spanish highly valued
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Florida Alcohol Server Permit (or ability to obtain)
