Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, accurate table service while maintaining knowledge of menu items and specials
- Process payments efficiently using our POS system and handle cash transactions securely
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality presentation
- Manage station cleanliness and table turnover during peak hours
- Upsell appetizers, beverages, and desserts to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
Qualifications
- Must be 19+ years old (alcohol service required)
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
