Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with professional knowledge of menu items and specials
- Manage station cleanliness and table turnover efficiently
- Process orders accurately using our POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate cash flow
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when necessary
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Must be 18+ years old to serve alcohol
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Food Handler's Certification required (will assist obtaining)
