Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders
- Present menu knowledge and make recommendations
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred
- Must be 18+ to handle alcohol
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math proficiency for order processing
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of New Orleans cuisine a plus
