Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service with attention to detail and guest preferences
- Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Manage station cleanliness and table turnover efficiency
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain positive interactions
- Participate in opening/closing duties including side work
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in full-service restaurant preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling
