Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and provide warm, attentive service throughout dining experience
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using our modern POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and impeccable table presentation
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer accountability
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Collaborate seamlessly with fellow servers, hosts, and support staff
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
