Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with thorough knowledge of menu, ingredients, and allergens
- Process payments accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure timely food delivery
- Manage station cleanliness and table turnover during peak hours
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain 5-star reputation
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking of dining supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy and payment processing
