Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with menu knowledge and wine pairings
- Manage 4-6 tables during peak shifts using POS systems
- Process orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen/bar staff
- Handle cash transactions and maintain cleanliness standards
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Contribute to daily prep duties and closing procedures
- Upsell specials and promotional items to enhance guest experience
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with NC alcohol service certification (or willing to obtain)
- 1+ years food service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk 6+ hours per shift
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude and team collaboration mindset
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Reliable transportation for late-night shifts
