Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests, taking orders and processing payments
- Upsell signature dishes and premium beverages to enhance guest experience
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff during peak hours
- Maintain pristine dining station cleanliness throughout shift
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
- Contribute to positive team culture during high-energy shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional restaurant server experience
- Texas Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Proficient in POS systems (Toast/Revel experience preferred)
