Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service, taking accurate orders and delivering food/beverages promptly
- Manage guest satisfaction with proactive communication and issue resolution
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems and maintain accurate cash handling
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure seamless dining operations
- Adhere to health/safety protocols and maintain clean dining areas
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience
- Participate in opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
