Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, professional interactions
- Accurately process orders and payments through our POS system
- Master menu knowledge including ingredients, allergens, and wine pairings
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain pristine table settings and service station organization
- Upsell seasonal specials and premium offerings
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when needed
Qualifications
- 1+ years of high-volume restaurant experience preferred
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of POS systems and order management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Food Handler's certification required (training provided)
