Responsibilities
- Greet, seat, and provide attentive service to 20+ tables per shift
- Execute precise food/beverage orders using our state-of-the-art POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff for flawless execution
- Handle cash/credit transactions with 100% accuracy
- Maintain pristine dining room standards and table turnover
- Resolve guest concerns proactively with solution-oriented mindset
- Upsell seasonal specials and premium menu items
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- DC Food Handler's Certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
