Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service while maintaining food safety standards
- Process payments accurately and manage cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless order execution
- Upsell menu specials and premium beverages to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations and restrooms
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and daily closing duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of restaurant server experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Knowledge of POS systems (Toast, Square) and reservation platforms
- Excellent communication skills with multi-tasking ability
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Colorado alcohol service certification (TIPS certified)
