Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests, including order taking and beverage service
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for accurate food preparation and timing
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Ensure dining areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained
- Upsell menu items and promotional specials to enhance guest experience
- Assist with opening/closing duties including restocking supplies
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of restaurant or food service experience
- TAM (Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission) certification preferred
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Positive attitude with genuine customer service passion
