Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Expertly describe seasonal menu items and wine selections
- Process orders accurately through our POS system
- Manage payment transactions and cash handling
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams
- Maintain spotless station cleanliness throughout shift
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and grace
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year high-volume restaurant experience
- Knowledgeable of craft cocktails and local wines
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk 6+ hours per shift
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
