Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service following our signature guest experience standards
- Accurately process orders using our modern POS system while maintaining order integrity
- Upsell seasonal specials and premium beverage offerings to enhance table checks
- Manage station cleanliness and restocking throughout shift for seamless operations
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for timed food/beverage delivery
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant/server experience preferred
- Valid Kentucky Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) certification
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
