Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm professionalism and attention to detail
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure timely order execution
- Manage table assignments and maintain clean, organized dining areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Upsell specials, premium items, and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional restaurant/server experience required
- TX Alcohol Seller Certification (TABC) or ability to obtain immediately
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Reliable transportation and flexible weekend/holiday availability
