Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service, including order taking and food/beverage delivery
- Build rapport with guests to ensure memorable dining experiences
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with opening/closing procedures as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of wine, craft cocktails, and menu items
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
