Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with a warm, welcoming demeanor
- Master menu knowledge and recommend dishes/beverages
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order fulfillment
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Support opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant/server experience preferred
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 20+ lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends/nights
- ServSafe certification a plus
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Knowledge of Louisiana cuisine helpful
- Valid Louisiana alcohol service permit
