Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Accurately enter orders and manage point-of-sale systems
- Upsell menu specials, beverages, and seasonal promotions
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations and restrooms
- Process payments and reconcile cash/credit transactions
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant server experience preferred
- TX Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk 6+ hours per shift
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- TAMU/ServSafe certification a plus
