Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Accurately process orders and payments via POS system
- Master 50+ menu items including signature margaritas
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar during peak rushes
- Maintain clean, stocked dining stations
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism
- Adhere to food safety and alcohol service protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant/server experience preferred
- Arizona Alcohol Server Permit (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic math/cash handling skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Team player with strong communication skills
