Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Expertly navigate our seasonal menu and wine program
- Process orders accurately using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations
- Handle payment transactions and cash management
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining/server experience preferred
- Washington Food Handler's permit required
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Exceptional communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with initiative
- Flexible availability (nights/weekends)
- Knowledge of PNW cuisine/wines a plus
