Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Valid California Food Handler Card
