Responsibilities
- SEO Optimization: Optimize job postings and company pages for high search visibility using relevant keywords and meta tags.
- Talent Sourcing: Actively source candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, and specialized tech boards.
- Screening: Conduct initial technical phone screens and coordinate interviews for software engineering and marketing roles.
- Content Creation: Write engaging job descriptions and blog posts that rank well on Google.
- Analytics: Track recruitment KPIs and SEO performance metrics to improve conversion rates.
- ATS Management: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System with accurate candidate data.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Digital Marketing (SEO focus).
- Tools: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz).
- Skills: Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and keyword research.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
