Responsibilities
- SEO & Content Strategy: Conduct keyword research, perform on-page SEO audits, and optimize website content to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical roles, ensuring a high-quality talent pipeline.
- Website Optimization: Implement technical SEO best practices, including meta tags, alt text, and schema markup.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor web analytics (Google Analytics) and provide monthly reports on traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Social Media Management: Curate and schedule content for LinkedIn and company social channels to drive brand awareness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and HR teams to align recruitment branding with SEO goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or technical recruiting.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or HR is a plus.
