We are looking for a versatile and talented Part-Time SEO Specialist and Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This hybrid role requires a unique blend of technical digital marketing skills and human resources expertise. You will be responsible for driving organic traffic to our website while simultaneously managing the recruitment pipeline for key technical roles. Responsibilities
- SEO Management: Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building campaigns to improve search engine rankings for Charlotte-based clients.
- Recruiting & Sourcing: Utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems to identify, screen, and present qualified candidates for technical positions.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly blog posts and landing pages relevant to the Charlotte tech market.
- Candidate Engagement: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and providing feedback.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor SEO performance metrics and recruitment KPIs to continuously improve strategies and candidate quality.
- Employer Branding: Help promote our company culture and open positions within the Charlotte tech community.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO and Technical Recruiting (hybrid role).
- Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and clients effectively.
- Location: Must be based in Charlotte, NC (in-person availability preferred for team collaboration).
- Time Commitment: Availability to work 20-25 hours per week.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
