Responsibilities
- Execute and manage technical SEO audits, identifying areas for improvement in site structure and content.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to develop high-impact content strategies.
- Sourcing and screening candidates for IT and engineering positions using various ATS platforms.
- Optimize job descriptions and company career pages to improve organic search rankings.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Monitor web analytics to track SEO performance and recruitment KPIs.
Qualifications
- Valid UK work authorization and right to work in the UK.
- 1-3 years of experience in either SEO or Technical Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page and off-page optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
