Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Organize and merchandise store shelves to maintain a visually appealing sales floor.
- Restock inventory and ensure product displays are well-stocked and tidy throughout the shift.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability and pricing with accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age (students welcome).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
