Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products, answering questions, and providing product demonstrations.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Merchandising: Restock inventory, organize displays, and ensure products are priced and labeled correctly.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure store goals are met.
- Feedback: Share customer feedback and suggestions with the store manager to help improve the shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and comfort with using handheld devices or POS systems.
