Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a welcoming shopping experience.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor and stockrooms by organizing merchandise and keeping displays tidy.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring all pricing and promotions are applied correctly.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering personalized product recommendations.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and receiving new shipments.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
