Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Provide a warm welcome to customers and offer personalized assistance to meet their shopping needs.
- Sales Generation: Utilize product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell, helping to achieve daily sales targets.
- Merchandising: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing by restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Transaction Handling: Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and alert management when inventory needs replenishing.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent attendance record.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required by the business.
