Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service through product demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floor sets, displays, and inventory management
- Drive sales through upselling techniques and loyalty program enrollment
- Collaborate with team to maintain store cleanliness and safety protocols
- Participate in weekly inventory counts and stock replenishment processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with approachable, customer-focused demeanor
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Flexible availability including weekends and holiday seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional inventory runs)
