Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers in product selection and fitting
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain store visual standards including merchandising and cleanliness
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Actively participate in product knowledge training sessions
- Assist with opening/closing procedures as scheduled
Qualifications
- No prior retail or sales experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with flexible weekday/weekend availability
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
