Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a high-quality shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Organize merchandise displays and maintain store cleanliness to meet brand standards.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, availability, and pricing.
- Restock inventory and ensure shelves are fully stocked throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with strict accuracy.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
