Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing exceptional service and product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately at the point of sale (POS).
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Restock merchandise and ensure inventory levels are up to date.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain store standards.
- Assist with store setup, signage changes, and special events.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
