Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and inventory management
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized displays to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on trends
- Support opening/closing procedures including cash handling
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train all associates
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
